The doran's shield is good but, a sapphir crystal with a health potion and a mana potion is better imo. Mana = health with singed, so , Sapphir Crystal give Mana AND health.
@Bshel419 When can you get the riot squad singed? Hextech singed skin is on sale now im wondering if i should get it or wait till riot squad. Because i like riot squad a little more but the Hextech is only 487rp atm.

you could buy it about 1 month before when it was on the store
