The first part is the INTRODUCTION of all the kids & teen teams, around 6 in total here. All 6 teams dance, it's just in this vid only the kids'dance is shown after the intro. See my channel for the other teams dancing. No it's not a contest. This girls' team has been training this particular choreography for about 6 months, 1 hour a week. To see another example of the intro, see my channel, look for 'xmas show 2008 intro'.
