The tune is not done justice by this version, the original is much much better. If you want to rock, give it a proper edge and proper guitars, not this bland effort.

Both music videos however, are totally embarrassing low-budget rubbish.

Hideous. The idea of doing a cover is to improve or reinterpret, this is just a bunch of primitives thrashing artlessly through something that was beautiful and clever, too stupid or lazy to bring anything new to it(and the middle 8 hasn't even been attempted).

The Boom Boom Room original is on YouTube. Make fun of the video if you want (I actually find the singer's dancing sinister, rather than comedic), but I dare you to listen to that and still insist the Parlotones are worth a fart.
