@bwayguy17 The folks at DCA realized that they have a very hot theme park in Southern California, and that this parade would be performing in the middle of the day in summer. It is also, believe it or not, a great crowd engagement technique.

@WindowtotheMagic i knew that it gets hot, but it's not as hot as florida. i just thought it was funny when you see the floats after they've passed that they are spraying water all over the place!
