i use self tanner cause the tanning spa gives u skin cancer. i went to one for 20 years. self tanner has a bad smell, so you never want to wear it to bed. you can spray on sally hansens tan spray/no smell & its instant/ im a guy. i hope my pals dont read this . lol.
