well it came out today, ive been researching for a while. everyone has been saying it sucks. the big complaint i constantly hear is controls. it does not have skate controls. the right trigger is for ollies and the left is for tricks i think. then the left stick is to move around.

it was announced that stoked will have the same right thumbstick flick controls as skete. so im looking forward to that.

my money is on stoked.

Worst game ever...i wouldn't even spend a dollar to own it..... let alone rent it. it got returned after 2 hours. it only lasted that long because we were trying to figure out how the game could possibly be so bad. worst boarding game of all time. I would rather play "1080" or "skate or die" on nintendo. If you want to get stoked, then get "stoked". Shaun needs to be kicked in the balls for endorsing this crap.

this games look soooo bad... I was all hyped when at the shakedown (big snowboard comp in quebec) they said they were recording fora video game... really dissapointed. I'M still dreaming about a game where you roam the city (skate like) and just hit hand rail you see or go in the backcountry and find a spot to build a jump and then just hit it until next powder day... real snowboarding not crappy arcade snowboarding

That's Stoked. In SWSB it's said the right trigger will control the pressure on your feet. Pushing it thus will make you crouch, releasing it will make you jump.

the controls r accually pretty good, if u ever played "skate" then u kno how good the left stick for ollieing is, which is what this game is like. left stick for jumpng, right for turn and spin, triggers for grabs, and so on.

When that kind of footy came out for the first time, I lost the believe in realism for this game. I think you still can make it realistic and give you a good snowboard-feeling at the same time. But no, this is clearly not the game wich is was ment to be.
