touch screen protector is included with the phone in the box. i LOVE this phone... the only thing i dont like, is that i got used to the MDA and the Wing opens "backwards" and the camera button is on the other side.

what you point to as the "hard reset" is actually the Mic. the "hard reset" is beside the volume jog

Hey Chris, I went to my local T-Mobile store and saw the Wing and played with it for about 5 mins. Your right, the processor was very slow and it hampered the performance of the device significantly. Other than that, I had no problem with the device and the battery life is exceptional.

Nice review as usual Chris. I like this device. I can't wait to see it in person tommorow. I want to feel what the device feels like in person and also compare it to other pocket pc phones. I am personally waiting for the PPC-6800 to come out since I have Sprint and I don't like the fact that this phone doesn't have 3G capability when we are in 2007. Sprint started 3G services in 2005, T-Mobile needs to play catch up if they expect to compete...
