The stress and frustration of dealing with bureaucracy. The delay of services month after months. Too old to marry, too young to bury. This statement was made by a dying grandmother. She applied for govt. healthcare in Feb 09. Her case got delayed until Dec 09. She received hospice care in Dec 09 and suddenly her govt. healthcare got approved. You see, its cheaper to pay for hospice care than to pay for treatments of cancer. Furthermore once she received hospice care, all other treatment halted.
Govt. rationing + delay service = silence killer.

I don't trust the doctors at all. Up here, the government pays the whole thing, you don't even see the bill! Then they take your taxes and no one can say how much of them go to health care. It's incompetent bullshit.
So all a doctor has to do is find someone who's sick, and use this 'patient' to plug directly into the tax base of the entire country. Corruption is endemic to such arrangements, no question about that.

The Aug. 2nd issue of the Los Angeles Times has a pretty good summary of it if you want to look for it.
Basically it's a consumer protection agency that will consolidate some of the powers already held by the Federal Reserve, FDIC and Comptroller of the Currency. Its mandate will be to protect consumers from unfair financial practices (ie-"fine print" clauses).
Presumably the director will be a cabinet level position that requires confirmation by the Senate.

No. The economic downfall was caused by bush and the Iraq war. Obama is not a "socialist" nor a communist. Clinton had this economy booming. Bush ruined it with his pride and "Father's war." Obama is doing everything he can to bring the economy back, and is doing a good job so far, considering how badly bush screwed it up...

Clinton started the housing bubble with his policies supporting low end families to get houses. Which they could not afford/it inflated prices.

Bush brought defecit to 500billion. Obama will bring it to 2,3 and maybe 4 trillion.

What does it do to insult him and berate him for everything he does? What you are doing can rightfully be described as "Bitching." Global warming IS a huge problem, as scientists all over the world can confirm it. I know all these lobbyists and scientists are payed to disprove it because it hurts some rich dude's super mega profit from environmental killers..doesn't hide the truth. At the moment, the private sector is WAY too powerful and needs to be a little regulated(not communism -.-...).

So even accepting your czar count,only 6 out of 32 have been confirmed by the Senate....which still leaves most of them unaccountable to any Congressional oversight...still a far cry from the 21 out of a total of 31 people that were confirmed as 'czars' under GW...and to far fewer total positions
