The funniest short almost never was. Until cartoon network discovered this gem rotting in the archives of WB studios this toon never would have been released. Intended for theatrical release in 1991 as a satire to all the 50th specials that plagued TV networks the previous year, the short was shelved cause of rumors that WB hated toilet flushing or possibly due to Daffy ravings about Disney and WB

@jaywhofan This IS the whole thing! If you want to own it, buy Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 1 DVD set. Disc 1 is a celebration disc for the best one at the studio. I'm speaaking of course about Bugs Bunny. This short is on the Bonus Features menu, and comes with an optional Audio Commentary with Greg Ford. totally worth buying.

I guess they didnt like the repetitive nature of the cartoon and I have to agree with them. It just makes you realise enen more how great the original theatrical WB cartoons are.
