@psychedelichobo Damn Right. You don't see classic albums like this get released on vinyl. About Time. People need to know what Hound Dog Taylor and the Houserockers were all about. Underrated Band. The songs still holds up to this day.
I love the simplicity and repition of the groove. It's the perfect foundation for the tale of heartache being told. Once played a 12 minute version of this song with a band at a dance hall. Infectous groove.
I was at the recording studio when Hound Dog Recorded this. The interesting deal was that I'd been listening to Hound Dog for about a year at little hole in the walls
and had never heard him do this'un. When I asked him where he got the idea

This is the first album recorded by Robert Iglauer and the beginning of alligator records.
