@Casper3417 come up with a gadget or idea, and make it. thats how why and all that. you could join as a member at the geek group, and get access to their lab and facilities through that process, or maybe some day own your own home mill. just because they're using a cnc machine here doesn't mean you can't utilize the tool and concept on a lower cost machine and still dream, invent, make and have a product or 'thing'.
@Casper3417 I use it on our machines all the time because it eliminates ANY guess about accuracy. It's so fast to do once you get the hang of it and your parts come out exactly as intended. (Especially if you tram the vice like our earlier video shows. ;) ) -- the gist is, you don't have to worry about off-centre parts anymore.
