Exactly! Terrence Malick has a bit of a different way of filming. But the shots were beautiful and the sound effects of nature was so peaceful. It just dragged out way too long. Sadly though, like I said, I loved the characters but the movie was just slow paced. Oh! I also wanted to tell you that your video actually made me think about how The New World resembled Pocahontas in ways, but I just wish they pushed that concept a lot more. And the song! perfect match :)

Truthfully, I think The New World was an epic fail. It was so boring and the script was so dull. But I fell in love with the characters. I just wish they had a better director or screenwriter or something! They kind of ruined the movie, Pocahontas. None other, I love your video, the quality is amazing and you're a really talented editor :)

@JrOeKnEeRe I understand how people may not like the film, and I think it's a film that either you love or hate. I loved the shots of the scenery, while others may think that made the movie boring and slow. I thought the script was good, it captured the story of Pocahontas really well and, as you said, made you fell in love with the characters. I guess the problem people have with the movie is how Terrence Malick directs, with long shots and a calm pace. Anyway, I'm glad you liked the video! =)

@JrOeKnEeRe A lot of the actors, including Wes Studi, we pretty upset about how much of the dialogue was cut out of the film. Its gorgeous, cinematography wise, but it IS dull :/ And I'd be pretty ticked, myself, if I had rehearsed and filmed a bunch of lines only to see them end up on the cutting room floor.
