  • I wouldn't tell people to touch their elbow with their leg, that's how people end up doing it wrong. You should just try to cross your arms around the body. Not worrying about your leg.

    running is the best aerobic exercise you could ever do!!

    if you want the muscular legs,firm but,tight abs and v-lines.just run,do push ups and sit-ups

  • This one actually worked for me. And only in 3 days. =D

    But I was already sorta flat to begin with, but I ran for 30 mins ever 3 days, then followed it with this video afterwards. Then eat small healthy foods about 6 times a day everyday.

    Do this for about a 2 weeks and your guaranteed to see results.

  • The excercises she is showing us are some of the best ones out there to get you abs. Ofcourse you need to run 1-2 miles everyday to see results. Good luck people!

  • are you doing cardio?..in order for your abs to appear you need to do some serious cardio to get rid of body fat..im doing the same stuff and its insane how my abs look so far..also eat healthy foods i try to everydy now i started drinkin like 3 cups of green tea everyday to help digest my food quicker so do this i bet anything in a month youll see difference of youre whole body from the cardio...

  • this definitely works. i have been doing it for a couple weeks. everyday. and i have seen great results. i started this routine because im going to florida and i need to look good in a bathing suit and i can definitely wear a two piece now.

    but your really supposed to exercise in the morning to boost your metabolism.

    but i have to wake up really early

    i just made it part of my daily routine

    also go for like 15 minute runs,

    it helps with this exercise because your legs get stronger and can support themselves alot more

  • I'd recommend it or your muscles will get stiff and start to cramp and if your body wont grow properly based on how much you exercise.

    For example: If you do upper body weight lifting and you don't stretch before and maybe after your arms are going to kill like crazy lol

    When I do crunches it hurts my neck, and my upper and lower back. I'm not pulling on my neck, and I'm lying on an exercise mat, so I don't know why it hurts so much. But I can only do about 10-15 befor it starts to really hurt. Is there anything I can do to stop it from hurting so much?

  • i did a lot every day. like while i was watching tv or something. and i got nice abs (not a 6 pack or 4 pack. but just nice toned abs, like models do) within 3-4 weeks.

  • it depended. i did from like 100-300 depending on if i felt like it or not. it sounds like a lot, but they go by really fast if you do them while you're watching something on tv.

  • mine definitely wasnt big and fat. but my friend who was overweight started doing these ab exercises after she started cutting back on the junk food and exercising healthily and has lost over 40 pounds. so, it can work :]
