what did u use to get rid of the dmf smell? (it looks like thts wat u have used) an how r u doing the heating, cus ive just built an identical rack, check it out if u want.

what wood are you using anddo wickes/b&q cut it to size for you??

im using MDF but other wood will do. I think they do I cut my own
