One question crosses my mind: if you didn't have an Eric Clapton strat, is there any other strat model you would consider as a second choice? Meaning as a default reliable strat for U2 sounds?
@patbreacadh actually the last clip in that iPad demo was my guitar. The iPad became a pedalboard :))
As for your question on the Clapton Strat, I actually use my 70s reissue (MIM) strat with Kinman pups live now. The Clapton Strat isn't used as much for live stuff now.
