Absolutely True! I did it a few years ago in 2008. I was on a camping trip in belgium ardennes. It was poaring rain and dark clouds all over. I inteded to open the sky and make the sun appear. I stood in the rain closed my eyes and trusted i could actually do this. After a 5-6 minutes i felt that the rain stopped!! a slide push made me turn 45 degrees right and i opened my eyes and there was the sun!Truely amazing! I must say after that it started to poar 2 times as hard as before. But I did it!

Dude, it make me feel good that there are others that can do this too, i once made the wind at school hit the soccer field really hard and people just stared at me like i was a freak, but i started making it rain too, it was my first time too, i don't know if it was coincidence or me, cause it was really trippy

I can sometime control wind when I think about what happens after I die, somties I think so much that I forget about everything else and then the wind starts to pick up

no major changes, but i did see beautiful specks of light, almost like glitter in water, float all around after concentrating for awhile. i'm not sure what it was, but it was almost like it was always there, you just had to look for it, you know?^^

Ever since i was 4 when i discovered i could make the wind blow on command ive been doing just that, only 3 of my friends know, and we have run test after test, and 9/10 times its on command, i just thought i would put that out there since its been a secret for about 13 years thinking me and my friends were the only ones who knew about this =P, to do it you need a calm, open mind and to never doubt, i wouldnt say it is a power, but more like a knowledge not to be abused.

i controlled wind when i was a child when i was on the trampoline after a few hours i would want a refreshing breeze. I would ask the wind to blow then it would blow.

Also had my 5 year old cousin, we asked him to control the wind since his zodiac is powerful. He had the wind stop and begin on his word.

Also we can make clouds disappear without chanting. I agree that chanting is necessary though to accomplish it.

The disappearing of the cloud is not that difficult, but the growing of the cloud was impressive - have never been able /thought to do that. Can you make another during a storm?
