Ryan is an amazing fighter, waaay better takedown guy then rory macdonald who MANHANDELD that awful nate diaz but he did hit my boy karo with two illegal knees!!!

@MyHipHopTunes Much better than last time, wasn't vintage Karo but at least hes getting there. Don't think it was Ford's best performance either might have just bee the clash of styles but a great fight. Maybe rematch?

Great ashi waza. I think that's the most successful amount of foot sweeps i've seen in one round. More people should attempt foot sweeps when they are pinned against the fence, great way of progressing their position/fight and not creating boring stalls.

@Utellglass i agree. even if it doesnt take the guy down, it will at least put him off balance, allowing you to escape. Lyoto Machida attempts them all the time during striking exchanges so he can exit without being countered.
