Update, I'm sure Carl Newman's guitar is a Danelectro. I can faintly see where the name is on the headstock and the pickups are shaped in that "Lipstick" Style. As for the last one, It is a bass but I have no idea of the type. 0:13 has the best shot of the bass' body and you can see the headstock at 0:38.
