He could have qualified for the olympics and his track coaches were planning on it.. 4.28 is fast sure, but Teddy has been rumored to have a 4.22. And Actually did have a 4.28 while with a lingering injury. Jacoby ford is a much better player, but when it comes to speed, Ted Ginn may be the fastest professional athlete there is
