The air enters through the small square holes on the left hand side looking at the door. There will be a manifold to take air from a pre-heater in the path of the hot flue gasses through metering flaps into the primary and secondary combustion chambers. Work on the boiler is halted until the electric car is on the road. Not too far away now ;-)
@totaltooling Check out my other boiler videos. The combustion air enters through the square ports on the side of the boiler, after passing through an air preheater.
i think you might have to modify that latch handle!!! it looks like it will be far to close to get hold of when hot...cant fault it otherwise

Nice job. How's it coming along? I can see how the flue gas enters the secondary but how does the air enter?
