As a college student who is currently studying in the United States, I do not believe that guy is from Harvard Law School. If he were from Harvard Law School, he would not put it as one of the colleges which he has attended on Facebook, but instead, he would put it as one of the graduation schools. This is because American law schools do not offer any kind of undergraduate studies, meaning that the direct entry degree for attorneys is Juris Doctor, a postgraduate degree.
