  • Hi sarah i wanted to recommend a video for the total body i have a elliptical machine at home i want a workout that can give me a perfect figure for the stomach a flat stomach and no arm muscles cause i have tried lots of videos of yours and i have gained arm musle i want to loose all of my body fat in around a month i have fat like everywhere i would apperciate it if you can make this video as soon as possible before may because im going to meet my family and i dont want to look fat thanks

  • If you need to lose weight would cardio be more efficient? I haven't worked on any ab workouts, push ups, or butt exercises because I have been told it doesn't matter if you do those things if there is fat on top? I really want nice abs and a nice butt though! I am trying to lose weight, but I am confused. Would you recommend doing cardio first then these workouts, or all together? Thanks, Sarah!

  • @BreezyKiss heyy same here what i do is run or walk fast for 1hr nd then after 5mins break i do this and other stretching exercises...so my whole point is u should still do push ups and everything but give 80%of ur tym to cardio : )

  • Sarah, I was looking at your fitness plans and I can't use treadmill due to food injuries, however my doctor said it's fine to use elliptical and other low impact machines which is what I've been doing. Should I do interval training on them to lose weight and for how long? I've been doing an hour of cardio 5 days a week

  • @follielafemme Yes, you can 100% do intervals on an elliptical! Try spinning too.

  • @morgangunning Nike frees are the best running sneakers so far that are out now. They also have Nike freeXT that are for training. They are suuuuper comfortable and come in great colors for men and women, Sarah has done a video on them too :) I've had them for a while now and everyone in my family has a pair. They're good for people who don't have an arch on their feet as well. They are a very good investment I'd say, totally recommend

  • Just in time for my vacation. The side crunch up is one of my favorite ab exercises. I can't wait to do this routine on vacation or maybe I'll torture my kickboxing students with it for the core training section of my class.

  • What is a great shoe for workouts that you would recommend? I do usually about 30 minutes of cardio (running/elliptical/bike) and then 30 minutes of strength training. 

  • @morgangunning I have many sneakers, but love to run in my nike frees, as far as the ellipical and strength training though, I use a cross trainer

  • Should you start with a small amount of cardio to burn fat? I was thinking of maybe running for about 1 mile and then walking a half a mile. Please reply!

  • @BeyondNaturalBelief Interval! Sprint for 20 seconds, walk for 10 seconds, repeat 8 times - Walk for 5 minutes, repeat. If you can't sprint run as hard as you can to complete the workout.

  • I don't go to the gym & I rely on your videos for things I can do at home, without equipment! However, those crunches look really awkward to do lol . That shirt looks great on you btw!!!! lol I have the same one in white :)

    Do you have any brand of pants, shorts, capris you recommend for working out? Since sometimes sweatpants ride up and you need to pull them down all the time and it gets annoying

  • @Aydiez91 haha yes, I agree it does get annoying. Honestly, go to marshalls or target. They have really affordable shorts and find a pair that works for you. I like to run in running shorts and I like tighter ones like the Nike pants I'm wearing above. Lululemon is great but super expensive. I love lucy but again, similar in price to lulu. I used to buy most of my gym clothes at places like Target and TJ Maxx.

  • @purplegt22 Check out my strength training Day 1 and Day 2 routines.  It is more challenging and I think you may like it!
