@Patrickallday right okay i use winrar but thats just for the compressing and unpacking of those files. Once you've got winrar i chose to extract those files to the desktop then i went to

1. computer, hard drive C, program files, sega, medieval 2 total war then went to my MODS section.

2. there should be a SS6.3 if you've installed stainless steel 6.4 (this is only what i can tell from my experience installing it)

@Patrickallday inside that folder i pasted all the individual folders that were extracted from the hegemon folder which was on the desktop. it would be there with ss_launcher and ss_setup and the individual setup folders. Once that is done you should see a file that has MS_DOS batch file. Click that for it to run. If it crashes a couple of times its normal. Fricking annoying though. I will be installing it again on my new computer so if you have more problems i'll try help you as best as i can.

This video caught my eye, and I'd like to give this mod a shot, as I have Medieval 2 Kingdoms and am quite familiar with the RTW and M2TW mods. However, I cannot seem to find your mod under twcenter.net, which strikes me as peculiar, since pretty much all TW mods go through that site. What's even more peculiar is that this seems to be a sub-mod for stainless steel 6.4, but I cannot find your submod there either under twcenter. Do you guys have a domain in twcenter? If not, how come?

I have the steam version of M2TW and i cant seem to get the mod to work. i figured that the reason was because the steam version goes directly to the launcher when you launch the game as apposed to the normal version which can go directly to the game or the launcher. my question is, is there anyway to make this work with the steam version?

@Banzai: I know your fantastic Mod from many years,but game after ca.20 turns crashes me always with 1.7 version(year 2008-9).

Now I find that exist 3.0.1 vers.,but after all correct installation,i've a same CTD when I launch the .bat file and appear me the loading screen of Hegemon TW only for few seconds!!!

Any solutions? Please help me!!!!

To all try this, severel time maybe:

"delete all *.bin files in mods/SS6.3/data/text folder.

The correct text files should then be rebuilt the next time the mod is launched."

Help you comming into the campaign if you get a CTD with playing campaign or even starting Hegemon on your screen!

ive already download hegemon v3.0 and installed on stainless steel v6.4.. tried the campaign and custom both crash with the message "mtw2 uncounted an unspecified error occur and will now exit" been searching for this type of for 2 years, i really want to play this mod..

@uchihazaraki if the game crashes trying to load the custom battle or campaign, try restarting the game. It may take several tries. Are you using Steam? I have tested HEGEMON 3.0 on a fresh install of Stainless Steel 6.4 with a boxed install of M2TW and I can play custom battles and campaign just fine.

@akSeR2010 download google chrome..and google chrome is a diff version of the internet much faster and smoother than safari or reg internet and google chrome can transalte pages in diff languages...to translate language with google chrome, right click on thee die and then click on translate langauge or a pop up from the top would automatically appear asking u if u wanna translate the page

@akSeR2010 first get a program that can open the file like win.rar and then open the file..double click on the hegemon file and keep on double clickin until it shows staniless steel file then drag that folder into the stainless steel folder in ur medieval 2 total war folder. also dont forget to read the readme for hegemon cuz u have to delete this one campagin map to have a little less flaws
