What is fu hok? I learned this form too, it's the second nanquan form we learn at my kung fu school, although we're taught to do it a lot faster.

fu is tiger en hok is crane ;-) and indeed those people who do not recognize power and pure technique when they see it in front of their own eyes (like on this tape) have been so badly misled that it makes me feel sorry for them !

i've been doing Fu Hok for over 15 years now and would never, if not for the opening sequence, guessed this to be Fu Hok...damn, i sure have a lot to learn.

just my opinion, 2004, i believe chen jun jie is better than him in my opinion, but i've always loved yang shi wen. they are my two faves. what happened to li zhen btw? :)

chen jun jie from fujian/ningxia province. I'll post him someday. Chen lun fell on his nangun 720 outside, and he hobbled on his 540 in his nanquan. chen luns' day was 2001, when he got first in nanquan. chen jun jie, if you have any of the 2004 qualifiers or finals is just extremely crazy. i stick to my guns, chen jun jie, li zhen, ou xia xiang, su ku feng, ysw are my faves, and maybe 2004 li da ming. Will post some of them soon, tho chen jun jie is the only one not on youtube... see ya!

i know everyone has different opinions, i just thought ours were pretty close to the same, but it doesn't matter cuz variaty is good :P

anywayz, i like wang peng cheng the best of course :D but thats maybe cuz i also know em personally, cuz i really think yang shi wen is the best nan quan king, also my ex coach huang shao xiong is really sick

zhou jing's 2005-2006 is also pretty good, zhang bo 2006's first half, and i must say that i like the 2006 xie fu yang more than the 2004
