Should i get the black chrome finish or black matte finish incase slider? witch one would better protect my phone from screen cracking or scratches.

How do you order the matte one? I checked their website and it's not clear which is hard plastic and which is the matte?

The Incase Slider Case is completely useless for me. Just got mine from eBay and there is absolutely NO screen protection what so ever. Why the heck would I be interested in hiding the Apple logo and protecting the BACKside of my iPhone from scratches ?? The seller told me that there was also screenprotection included, but it's not - I got screwed. This is 100% useless if you want to protect the screen from scratches (it's the only important thing if you ask me). Just my 2 cents ....

it protects it bcuz the surface does not touch the screen because the case is bigger than the screen

I don't notice anything, my phone is already scratched enough from using so many cases. But what I've seen from another YouTuber (I don't remember who), they put a sheet of paper between the phone and the case to prevent scratching if they decide to take it off. Haven't tested this out myself though, but it seems like it should work.

Hey great review...quick question.Have you noticed the paint chipping on any of your metallic sliders. I have the red one and the paint is starting to chip quite a bit. I've only had for about 3 months or so. just wondering if this happens a lot after a couple of months. THX!

im so excited im getting the new iphone 3gs apple announced it today and now its on apples website it comes out JUNE 19th yay:)

but which cases would be better im getting it in like green so either

LIme green silicone case

or the lime green incase slider

what would anyone recommend?

I'm excited for it too, but I think I'm gonna hold off on buying it.

Anyway, I'd say go with the lime green incase slider. It looks really nice and feels really nice, and gives very good protection. I haven't seen any lime green silicone cases out there, other than the Incase Frame Case, and from what I've seen, that case looks really nice and is silicone and plastic at the same time.

The Metallic has actually grown on me.

There are issues with the Matte lifting up the screen protector, which kinda sucks, but it feels really nice.

The White, glossy one, its kinda okay, nothing special, just a plain white case that looks nice...

If anything, go with the Metallic

I doubt it, They, I THINK have a limited edition black glossy one, which is like $45, but it also has some big ugly logo on the back.
