Skin colour doesnt prove anything.
Most East Asian have same skin colouration. Japanese, Koreans, Mongolians, many Siberian people etc.
Just having a pale face does not necessarily mean that you are a Chinese.
So be careful about what you say.

First of all, being Naxi, Tibetan or being from the island of Taiwan will not matter, they are all Chinese.
Secondly, She sings in Tibetan, that is enough reason to call her a Tibetan Chinese.
