Yo brickceo I couldn't agree with you more. I saw Zeppelin back in 77 and Gonzo (Bonham) even did the part where he plays the drums bare handed. It was unreal. I'm Cuban so percussion is in my blood and I think Derosier really never got the credit he truly deserved, sames goes for Fossen (bass) Fisher (lead guitar). It's really too bad they broke up early HEART cuz in my opinion it was the best line up they ever had! Not good 2 mix relations in the band. Ann=best rock vocals ever! Sorry Mr.Plant

@brickceo Actually I was surprised he got as much camera time as he got. Usually when there is an attractive girl singer, she gets most of the video time. Nancy didn't get as much time as the drummer, which I thought strange. I'm a drummer too, grew up playing stuff like this.
@toddcharry for sure, I didn't know Nancy was so hot until 1981. Her picture on the first album look like it just stopped raining. I was a drummer in a cover band back then and got to play Barracuda, Rock n roll (both versions) and Achilles last stand Loved it. I aslo played guitar on Pat Benatar's "Hit me with your best shot" Damn remember when you could actually squeak out a living playing club tours?
@brickceo I very much agree with you. I hate it when non-lead-singer band members don't get their due limelight. Although, I'm not sure Bonzo belongs in this category. The other guys, absolutely. It's always ruffled my feathers that nobody seems to know how integral Izzy Stradlin was to the original Guns 'N' Roses. And it kind of kills me that people don't realize how great Michael Anthony is, as a bassist AND singer. As you've pointed out, though, the list can go on and on.

I watched a dude at a local dive bar, he was the singer barely touched his guitar (accoustic) and when the lead guy who did VERY WELL was doing a solo the singer pretended to play and strum hard. I always would give shout outs to my drummers and bass guys if I had a band going again.
