I think he was just giving you some pointers just incase you were a real gymnastics trying to compete and make it to the top. And that's nice that you train top gymnast in Canada, I hope they make it far! :D!

@SMK1495 do you have any experience in gymnastics?. You cant see it looks nothing like a comnpetion bar with no support wires and if you had enough intelligence to read maybe 4 comments down you would have read that i havent tried that in years. I teach elite canada gymnastics with my top athlete 13th in the country. i make no claims to be being a great gymnast myself so if i want your advice i would ask for it. ps feel free to show me yourself how to do it

u need to hit a beta handtand and wen a bar makes that much noise that means u thru ur head and let go wayy to early but other than that GOOD JOB!!!
