Why aren't you in a band? You're a beast! Just curious about one thing . . . how may takes do you typically need to get a recording good enough to publish?

@k9taxi Depends how complex the song or the lyrics. For this one the non high pitch parts I did in two takes and just chose the best one. The rest of the time it was just the multiple layered vocals I chose for the chorus. It's particularly hard if there's one note I really want to hit or a certain effect I want to create for example Master Exploder that first part the oooooooooooooooooooooAAAAAAaaa­aaaa I must have done over and over at least 20 times. I will usually do multiple takes anyway...

@k9taxi see...in the sweet child video I left it all as it was, one take all the way through ...3 1/2 mins of my life...and look how I messed up at the end...since that video almost nothing is published without being redone. Shouldn't be like that but those mistakes stand out to me so these days there's at least 1 or 2 practice takes then the actual one I use is the last...that's why you see me always so sweaty in these videos it's so hot in my room and i've been singing for hours :(
