One could argue that what you said about Judaism being about "love and caring, protecting family life and values, helping others," are humanist qualities not specifically taught by certain tribes or religions. One of the problems with claiming these to be Jewish qualities is that I have read many "holy" books from the Abrahamic religions that teach horrible things that as a secular humanist I find repugnant and morally reprehensible.
