Actually, It's easy to do that. If you have your own server, you make a npc say that and spawn the snails. You change the picture with Harepacker and you're done.

It is possible it could be really ms because on repacking.Example of repacking is like making 10% scrolls always work no matter what and scrolling godly items. Its not hard. Wizet sends you packets and you send them packets. You can edit the packets they send you and you send them and you can screw up the server.P.S.Screwing up the Nexon server can get you IP banned and they will track you and fine you A LOT of cash. I don't reccomend doing this in actual MS.

It is possible to make scrolls work with repacking... If you can edit server's files not yours. Scrolling is done server-side not client-side = you can't do anything about it.

Packet editing is mostly patched at global, program gets detected and client closes down or client refuses packets you send and dces/autobans you.
