I don't like his methods, seems like they are about his need for dominance. For a positive and loving approach look at : Zac George's clips.. I have been using them on my rescue dog with HUGE success.

I can't believe that they didn't even mention Cesar's qualifications..... Oh yeah, he hasn't got any! He makes mistakes throughout his shows and frequently mistakes fear for relaxation.

The guy is a bloody idiot and needs to be stopped! People have already been bitten by their own dogs because of his methods and the fact that he condones the use of shock collars is appalling!

Yes, accredited and licensed behaviorists and trainers, and veterinarians feel this way. But I bet all of them don't know what they're talking about and all of Cesar Millan's followers are the ones who really know what they're talking about. Don't you know that alpha rolling a dog that is aggressive due to fear will cure what ails it?

you should NOT show dominance to you dog dogs were breed to listen to humans therefor you do not need to show dominance to your dog. the right way to train a dog is to build a loving relationship with your dog! you can be dominant over anything but that doesn’t build a relationship!TEACH that offering good behaviors gets a reward. besides whoever puts a shock collar on a dog does not deserve to own a dog!

Real trainers do not recommend such techniques. The GSD with the shock collar is a classic case of redirected aggression & the choking of the Korean Jindo until it submits through sheer exhaustion is appalling. Milan is using violent techniques without any actual knowledge of the 4 quadrants of operant conditioning & how & when to apply them.

How to make your dog a ticking time bomb.. it's NOT a matter of opinion... What he is DOING and teaching millions of viewers IS cruelty to animals. I feel very betrayed because I used to read his books and watched his show but than dog I met better instructors than he will ever be. and YES they do work with a lot of 'red zone' dogs who often aren't red zone if you do it RIGHT!.. Go clicker train a dog today!

I have spent 15 years saving dogs from shelters that ended up there because of such barbaric and dated training methods that Caesar uses.

Dominance based methods that use fear, intimidation, pain DO NOT WORK for long and do damage the stability of the dog.

Consult a APDT member instead.

Poor dogs...and poor owners. people need to be skeptical with watching something, there are too many ignorant people that don't think for themselves and follow suit to anyone who says there a "professional".... his methods are the same over and over. Punishment and dominance isn't the only way to train an animal. I can't stand him.

Cesar millan uses dominance and fear. Dogs DO NOT respect him, they listen because they are afraid of the corrections (most of the time, extreme, unnecessary or at the wrong moments)

My position is, Millan is a poseur. He is a hairdresser, not the real guy in terms of being an expert. He doesn't have credentials. And it is shocking to me how easily people are ready to fall for it.

Thanks for uploaded it and i think that as he said that's Their opinion because as he also said his methods are a way but no the only way ... so I concluded that maybe if we investigate a little more we might find better ways and it is always important to hear other person's opinion.
