  • The production: Timbo, genius. The lyrics: what can I say? Its Nelly, as always.

  • This beat and song is one of the most addictive pieces ever! Even know though I know this is sampled from Muhlis..Tim is the best, producer of all time; others are good, but Tim is The Architect! Period.

  • @Fysmath How the HELL does TIM always find the exact songs that contains the illest samples??? Isn't that kinda strange?? LOL

There's millions of songs out there....how does he always find them?

    really?

theres mp3 websites for audio....youtube is suppose to be visual. geez.

good thing this song is off the sheezy

  • lol y'all are assholes. nobody 'stole' this song. its called a SAMPLE. Timbaland LEGALLY sampled the song and make this amazing song. sooooo gtfo :D

  • @totojujubebe Sample? Legally? I don't think Timba thief asked the original composer for the copyrights of this song! It;s totally bullshit, he, as others, ripped arabic, turkish, and oriental music in general, put some drums on it and made money by stealing original music! If a muslim would have "sampled" Sinatra in a song, all the rathole called USA would have screamed : STOLE!!!!! But when it comes to arab or oriental music, is "legal" to steal it, and create POP KORN shitty songs! Thiefs!

  • @totojujubebe And acording to whose legislation is LEGAL? I don't think Turkey has the same laws as USA, so give me a break, and please lick Timba Thief's balls so, maybe, he gets some inspiration , and makes some original songs, not cheap rip offs of great Turkish and Arabic music! This styles are ART, not POP KORN music for every doped nigger to listen while he robes a liquer store! Got it? This is the moral value and culture of the USA: to steal from others, everything, from OIL to MUSIC!

  • I dont care how fake or stolen this is, the beat is amazing and timbaland is cool

  • They stole the melody by the turkish alevi singer Muhlis Akarsu '' Allah Allah desem gelsem '' shame on them .

  • jkiffffff grave trop bon sam fai rapeler mes vac a oran ac mes couzine!!

  • @Egymen hey relax...lets not get politics into these kind of things....muhlis akarsu is amazing and think of him like that....no matter what turks, kurds, alevi, azeri, laz are brothers and sisters

  • hey guys, don't get me wrong... but when I say, i need this song as instrumental, i mean, that i need this song indeed, but wihout nelly singing voice... rather than the instrumental music!!!

  • My Favorite Song By Nelly Furtado. [= I Love Her. The Beat Is Amazing.!!

  • nelly furtado, das ist ein lied von MUHLIS AKARSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! das ist eine türkische musik, die einfach so geklaut hast. schäm dich! SHAME, you fuck Nelly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nelly Furtado is the bomb that guitar sound you hearing are from my uncle in turkey He was killed in july 1992 in sivas after a concert he was burning in the hotel by fucking islamic fundamentalists ( sunnis ) he was a shittes because thats was the reason

  • awsome song XD XD XD

  • Turkish musik ;) (Y)

  • Ok I've listened to both and I got to say its definately the sample from Allah Allah Desem Gelsem. Now I dont think there is anything wrong with sampling, almost all rap & r&b uses sampling. But if your going to use a sample then get permission, and pay rolayties its only fair! I like Timbo's music but man he does this alot! Just give credit where credit is do Timbo!

  • @roberto8321

We are not discussing what rap or R&B consists of ! You can't say there is nothing wrong with sampling. Copyright infringement is the case here that the song is originally owned by Turkish musician Muhlis Akarsu.

The most recent significant copyright case involving sampling held that even sampling three notes could constitute copyright infringement.

Please make some search on web about illegal issues in practice.

  • @emre1101

I don't think you understood a word I said. I basically said that there is nothing wrong with sampling as long as you have permission to do so. If you have permission it's not copyright infrigement as you were granted permission from the orginating author to use the sample. I suggest you re-read what I posted.

  • @roberto8321

So why most of comments insist on stealing? Because there is not permission etc.

I don't say you are wrong, You are exactly right, but here the subject is stealing not sampling which should be legal.

Then I suggest you understand from comments why people argue against. Thanks.

  • Noobs -_- !
