dont forget that theres a level III level IV and level V (unspecified "secret") dragon skin. The level V one can stop many 7.62x54 rounds and even more powerful rounds. "Rounds with more than 4000 joules"
That armor won't stand up tp 7.62.54r or 30-06. Of course as many have already said, they have yet to master armor that covers necks, faces, and small joints.
all police and most military are taught to shoot center mast, that armor is totally useless if someonelike(me) goes for the head......no one thinks about that.

na, I doubt it could ever stop a 7.62x54r round, or even an 8mm steel core FMJ bullet. But that is kinda obvious.

diffrent concept
the chances are you are never gonna get shot with a 300 win mag
alot more likly to get shot a few times with a 7.62x39 or 9mm
