STFU, you have no idea what you are talking about. 1st off, Microsoft had nothing to do with SEGA's servers. 2nd off, Chromehounds server was causing SEGA to lose money, so they shut it down. Basic business. From Software was the people who developed Chromehounds, SEGA just produced it and paid the bills for the servers and other things. 3rd off, 12 year olds cannot buy CoD since they are too young. Basic business states that if you can cater to a market, then do so for a profit. As for Armored Core, #5 apparently gets released in October 2011 which is in the future you fuckwit. And even though they may have sold relatively well, they weren't in the same league as Chromehounds. The tragedy here is a BRILLIANT online game was missed by 70% of 360 players.

Round two. Just because Chromehounds sold well in 2006 doesn't mean it has as many players as before. From Software has made 3 Armored Core games ever since Chromehounds. 1: Armored Core 4. 2. Armored Core For Answer. 3. Armored Core 5. How many Chromehounds games have we got since release? None. For Software has no intentions so far to return to this series. Why? Because AC has a much bigger fanbase and sells more. End of story. Go home kid.

What I liked was Chromehounds with it's gameplay, customisation, greater war contribution, strategic emphasis and teamwork requirements and great AI when required. And I joined a petition of 6000+ that asked for pay to play servers that was ignored by SEGA and Microsoft.

Servers are quite expensive to run and maintain something of the magnitude you want. I highly doubt that fans would want to foot the bill each month on top of XBL and other games they may want in the future. Eventually, the servers would be shut down again. Also, rating systems are governed strictly from where I'm from. Where you're from, they just don't give a fucking shit about jack all. Which sucks, since kids are stupid arses.

I believe it would outsell the original by at least 2:1. And your comment about fans not being able to pay for the servers is bullshit. It would cost no more than $200 (US) per month to run the server that tracks the Neroimus War. And even in a worse case scenario of only getting 200 players, this would be only $1 per month.

I believe that wepons should be upgradable with a pint system, for example you buy a standard rifle, but you preffer to play long range so the rifle you bought has 10 slots. you can put all 10 upgrades on range witch gives you lets say +100 range. OR if you are one of those anoying guys you can put all 10 slots towards speed, so then you get -100 reload time. the same pricipal would work for all parts, leg speed, leg capacity, generator energy output etc... whatdya think?
