@Pinkmiissy simple enough: swim to the riverbank then get into the kayak again. since we train on the river danube and in sprint k1-s the lifejacket is SOOO uncomfortable and makes the trainings unbearable.

@Pinkmiissy yeah if you are training on sea or in whitewater it's not a bad idea to wear one, but on flatwater... unnecessary
