You are right, but you only point out another scientific error: sperm is a cell, therefore, you cannot have a "drop" of it because it is not a fluid. Either the phrase is more correctly translated as "semen" or the author of the Quran did not know what sperm was and thought t a fluid rather than a single cell.

The Quran teaches people to free slaves, Surah 2:177. We all live by todays standards of society, back then things were very different. Child marriage and slavery was practiced by almost everyone!

Champell clearly disputes the claim that the information in the Quran that was supposidly revealed 1000 years ago was already know by the greeks and the romans at that time and that arabs and the greeks had trade relations.. So the claim that only God knew all that at that time was disputed and Zakir just brushed it aside....
