half unguys are retarted ok there is this law in tokyo that a gun cant be over like 290 fps but you do this thing called upgrading and there is tons for the vsr you can get it to 550 and even not upgraded it has better range and accuracy then most high fps guns out there Range and acuracy IS NOT EFFECTED BY FPS

i have used both guns in a game and both the stock versions and i found the l96 was good but acuracy was a bit out wereas the gspec was almost as acurate as my my shooting would let it even with its low fps it outranges most sniper and the l96 i found but obviously this could depend from gun to gun as there was only 15m between them but i prefer the gspec and having brought on i have upgraded it so it now shoots 400fps and got a tighter iner barell wich makes it even more acurate but thats me

i have both guns i personally love the feel of the grip on the l96 and how it shoots BUT the vsr 10 gspec is far better all around i mean i have put 700 dollars into my vsr 10 and it shoots 486 after upgraded far superior to the l96 almost virtually no upgrades for l96 and it has a low fps

i think the l96 is loud because your inside a room. yes the vsr-10 would be quieter the l96 is pretty quiet outside.

I personally prefer the l96 many say its weight is a bad thing but though I'm not exactly a big guy (I'm tall but slim) but the weight suits me were as the g spec feels light and flimsy in comparison however a friend of mine thinks the g spec is far superior so its all personal preference so make sure you try both these guns out before buying to see which suits you best

Clones= Great project guns, they wont kill your wallet if you screw up.

don't buy a gun just because it has higher fps, decide on which one you like and suits you i.e comfort and easy of carrying etc. THEN upgrade baby!! to your site velocity limits :)

FPS is basically nothing in the airsoft world, with out good internals. TM run some nice internals, then you upgrade to f*ck with tethlon shit:)))

I've used the VSR G-spec in games and it's size and weight makes it very easy to manage.

I just prefer the L96 looks and feel, and have gotten use to it's size, for the last few games with it I've taken out a M4 as back up weapon - personally found this to be a great combo for me but we all have to find our own set ups.

I've got both the VSR pro and the Warrior L96 and can say for sure I prefair the VSR purely because of its smaller more easy to manage size.

The L96 is big and bulky, more suited to static use rather than my style of hunting and stalking during a game.

Yea I've heard a few complaints about people buying cheep from other country's and importing them only to have them immediately impounded by customs.

They aparently dismantle it and charge you for the privlage then it could be a few months before you get the item.

Best off just buying English mate ; )

Should be a Allum Key which allows you to adjust it

Yeah, there's a grub screw in the hole by the mag release catch, you might need a torch to find it first off. By the way, it's an Allen key

Really? You may have got some faulty model or something because i've got a 500 fps spring in mine, (well, an average of 496) And it's lasted me about 12 full skirmishes and alot of target shooting in my garden.

Just replaced the tm vsr piston sear, it was worn, and the trigger sear was bent and cracked, Now fitted a steel one so no more probs

Vsr-10 is better than vsr-10 G-spec, G-spec maybe goes faster but Vsr-10 is way accurate than g-spec

Er, the g-spec has a shorter inner barrel and is approx 260fps, the VSR-10 has a longer barrel and is approx 310fps giving more range and accuracy. So the G-spec is SLOWER and SLIGHTLY less accurate but much quieter, never said anything different....Also, the G-spec comes with the rail for scope, the VSR has iron sights and the rail can be added

I've been into airsoft for 4 years, way before the chinese clones hit the market. I'm as professional as you can be and all official skirmish sites around the world and every manufacturer of airsoft guns measure the velocity with .20gram bb's. 0.12 are not to be used in high powered guns as these can damage the guns internals.

I should know as the G-spec is mine. The barrel of the G-spec is 303mm so it has LESS FPS. But as for the Vsr-10 pro it has a Barrel Length of 430mm so the fps is more 310fps so the Vsr-10 pro has more power than the G-spec. Power = range and more accurate

Welcome! It depends on how you want to play, the bar 10 will have slightly more power and distance - approx 30ft - due to the longer inner barrel where as the g-spec will be "whisper of death" as it really is that quiet! So, if you want to keep yourself hidden, get the g-spec, if you want the extra 30ft of range, get the bar 10. Personally, I'd go with the Gspec as you already have the 96 - use that to upgrade to get the range.
