Looks like a decent (at best) cardio machine, but a piece of trash compared to the Precor Adaptive Motion Trainer and the Technogym Vario

Personally I'll go for a bicycle ride outside or a hike, screw being on a cardio machine...

all u need is to run/walk 30 minutes a day and get you a good set of used dumbells and eat right. you will feel better, look better, and be healthier

the yellow-grey elliptical by precor has freemotion beat. i don't know the name of the precor but it is at my gym and at 24hr fitness gyms.

freemotion looks okay but the "range of movement" is restricted to length of stride, seems to me, and it looks more like a stairclimber on steroids(cybex has one). the precor has all that PLUS variance in stride TYPE, ie it goes from up/down like a stairmaster to a full running stride.

i don't see freemotion having a stairclimbing motion
