I found it a bit disturbing that you would repeatedly shove a camera practically in the faces of complete strangers trying to enjoy the park. They were visibly unnerved by you doing this I can see.

@PhrynosomaTexas I feel bad that you are disturbed about my video. I DID get permission from the mom to make the video when my parrot started imitating her baby's crying. Also, I used the zoom to prevent the camera from being in their faces. Did you see all of the pretty mom's smiles during the video? Most people are delighted when I ask them if it is OK to film them and post the video on youtube.

Appreciate the fantastic work you do rescuing parrots - but it was unnessary to specify the babies race. "Geronimo Crying with Baby" would have been fine. Would he cry any differently with a white, black or asian baby?

@jqdsilva No, he cries with any baby! This was a lovely baby in the park that we just happened to meet. I thought this whole family was simply delightful!

She looks exactly like my bird! I had her for 6 years, the same exact face and everything. I had to give her away to a lady who already owned cockatoos. Years later, (wondering where she is)

Maybe you could find the lady you gave her to. Cockatoos have wonderful memories. I bet she would remember you. Why did you have to give her away? Geronimo was given to me by my former step daughter who was going through a divorce and needed to find a new home for him. It is so sad for someone to have to give up their pet, but some times that is the best thing for them.

She was really my best friend all through grade school, we had to give her away because we moved into an apartment with no windows and we didn't think our bird would be healthy there. I hope one day I can see her again and she'd remember me

Kagomelovelove, I did not mean to ignore your question about finding a bird in Singapore. Are there birds in pet stores? You could check the papers or ask vetenarians. I don't know if there are birds to be adopted there; but if you do, please research a lot first. If you want to adopt a bird and need more information, please let me know, and I will send you some.
