When I first saw this commercial i was like whats with the girl drowning to death it came on twice occasionally. I didn't know what advertisment it was I usually don't pay attention to these commercials.

Basically it tells that when u inhale chemicals your brains suffocates. I think it's latin america based, in brazil and other latin america countries kids inhale glue or other chems to get high. That is thousand times worse than a spliff or a bong!
