  • Impressive, im currently trying to get my bench to a minimum of 205. Its hard to get good at it and to be able to lift heavy.

    Also lol @ the people placing so much emphasis on dead weight, the only weight that helps you bench more is muscle and even then you have to train up to your muscle's potential by strengthening your central nervous system.

I don't believe your video that you claim to be 14 and Benching 310 fairly easily, certainly close to your max by the little struggle but if you could do 310 when you were 14, you should be able to do it 20 + times at 17 or 18,it should be easy as taking Candy from a baby. plus you don't look much different between 14 and 17.you look a little heavier but I don't see an extra 30 pounds. suspect.but respectable weights for sure.

  • @TheMattswish because their age has to do with the level of testosterone their body is producing as well as the amount of time they have been training for. It also means when this kid is 21 and fully developed he will be pressing A LOT more.

  • Not 315 pounds.Unless you have 100 pound weights on each side (And those are not 100 pound weights.) I'd believe 210 tho at best.

    Show us the weights your putting on the bar if you want people to believe you're ACTUALLY lifting the amount you say you are.

  • @unstoppable022 I know nothing on how bench press would work in competition. Never been to/seen a bench comp probably never will. So the technique he uses doesn't really phase me. Because the only technique for bench I know is lift weights off rack, lower them down to chest, push weight up off chest. Do it again or put the weights back onto the rack.
