A Veyron, as well as being a beautiful piece of engineering, is an investment. Assuming Bugatti/VW stick to their promise of only building 300 (does that include the 30 Super Sports built? If you are sports enthusiast, you better settle down for some Porsche, GTR alike if you're really into spending money for something best of both words. Such priced cars are definitely affordable for those who buy them.

LIke a Ferrari GTO from the 60's is worth tens of millions today when it was under 15,000 new. Thats why if I was rich i would buy cars that appreciate in value. F40, F50, Zonda F, McLaren F1, Carrera GT, E30 M3, Alfa 8C, Koenigsegg CCXR Edition etc. Look at the old Bugatti type 57s. Those bring in almost 30 mil.

one this is the GT Veyron, 1 of 2 beeing tested. and two there was a tail wind that day. There was a SLR there that hit 212 and when it was driving in to the wind it only hit 180 something, so that also helped alot.

Veyron: MOST vids on here (youtube) only shows the veyron on a TRACK and/or bumper cam...no public road in car cam of driver

Aero SSC: MOST vids shows public roads with modest cam in car

it is a real shame that both cars are not tested on same road/track so we can all SEE the difference.
