This number is from an Indian movie, a suspence thriller called "Ghumnaam" meaning "The Unknown". The movie was released in 1965.

The music director is the duo of legendary "Shankar And Jaikishan", the singer is the one and only Suprem playback singer Mohmed Rafi.

The girl Dancing in the movie is "Lakshmi Chhaya".

@blkhyundaisonata I'll say. Armed only with "Heineken commercial song" I was able to track down the name and artist of this song, the clip of the movie it was from, was reminded that it was used in the opening of "Ghost World" and can now pop over to another site and buy the song.
