Quick peanut butter tip:

Definately use the Spanish peanuts for their oil content. If you try using Verginia peanuts, the peanut butter will have a funny texture from the lack of oil. And don't bother just adding more oil or honey. It only makes the peanut butter thinner and more liquidy.
