@wurstgesicht147 Trapcode particular and shine with some heavy use of depth of field really. Played around with the turbulence and spin settings for the watery animation of the particles.

No, that's Trapcode Particular. I'm not sure the cc particle world even supports depth of field which I used heavily when I made this.
