@aerocoin2 ,this song『Mannenbasi kara Kiyosubashi』 is sung by Asami Chiyuki（stage name）.Chiyuki is her first name.She is known as “Diva in Inogashira Park（Tokyo）”.“Mannenbashi” is a small bridge across the Onagigawa-River.

“Kiyosubashi” is a medium-sized bridge across the Sumidagawa-River.“kara” means “from” in Japanese.Even now,she occasionally sings as a street musician in that park .I'm not sure exactly what the English translation of that is.
