  • nice...

  • it is a lovely version of the great old song by the legend nazem . we should not compare old with new.

  • Sorry, but she ruins the song :(

  • This is a beautiful and dancing song.

  • i thought she was chinese...hahahaha...im jokin...i wanted to join the guessin game the people were playing below me.

  • this is iraqi song from nazim al ghazali

  • So, would the accent of the singer tell us where she is from or just where the song is from?

  • Yes she is

  • she is algerian

  • The song is Iraqi, she is lebanese. Iraq is proud and honors all its people equally: Muslims, Jews, Christians, Mandeans, Zorasterians, Baha'is, etc...Arabs, Kurds, Turkemans, Chaldo-Assyrians, Persians, etc...

    ma3esalamaa, Wisam

  • THIS IS A NICE SONG

    I LOVE IT

  • Does it really matter who wrote this song? Does it really matter if it was a jew or christian or muslim? The song is nice. Thank you for the info. anyway.

  • I have point this out because on Sadam time the credit f the song was not given to the author being a Jew, this song was treated as a folk song with no author.

  • I´m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I´ve heard this song about ten years ago and I could never forget it. This dance version of Dania is relly great. I loved it!

  • yeah, its really nice dans! ;-)

  • @rosbargon The song was written by two Jewish from Iraq- Al Kuwaiti brothers.

  • this is a nice Iraqi song, it does not say above the date trees but rather above we have a lover=foug ilna khill, khill=habib

  • ahh ok! thanks for clarifying that!

i always thought that it does not make a sense about(above the trees)

In 1950 immigrated to the stat of Israel.

  • Cool. But its still Iraqi. The Language dialect, and was written in Iraq. And at 1908-1910, there was no kuwait or iraq. it was still under the ottoman empire :).

  • true!!

  • it is nothing new...we Iraqis knwo that this song was written by Iraqi Jews..Iraqi son thereby
