I did the audio recording for this video, which was done on March 25, 2008. I used 6 condenser microphones to record both the direct and reflected sound coming from the organ. Recording pipe organ is a daunting task. The sound level could go from low to very high in a flash of few seconds. To keep the purity of the organ sound no compression or any dynamic processor was used. All you hear is unadulterated organ sound. Albinas is a great organist, unquestionably.
