That's because Sony and Tommy Mottola decided not to release "what more can I give" and not to promote Invincible. That was the time when Michael got in this controversy with Mottola and Sony. I still can't believe they didn't release a wonderful song that was meant for charity just to get back to Michael, cause that was it basically, no matter what they say.
